Experience.
It's a choice, not an incompatibility. I'm not willing to put myself through what I have been through again.
Not really. But women do knowingly take advantage of "nice guys".
They are equal in the sense that equality is treating equally the things that are the same, and differently the things that are different. Women are not the same as men, nature-wise and role-wise, so they shouldn't be held to the same societal standards and vice-versa.

On a more serious note, what's really most important, and that you should take into account, is that (most) people's opinions and life choices are based on what they have been through in their life, and mocking someone's beliefs and choices, when they don't interfere with your personal life, and you don't know what originated them, does that sound reasonable to you?

Since you don't seem to understand what it is, MGTOW is not a place where we complain women don't want us. That is blue pill syndrome bullshit. We don't want women. MGTOW is not a movement, it's a lifestyle where you don't subject yourself to the power women currently have in society to pretty much destroy your life on a whim, and if you don't believe that's the case, you're either in denial or a white knight.

At the same time, we mock women's shitty decision-making, because it's what turned us off of them in the first place and we need to remind ourselves of that to counter our biological impulse to want to get together with one and have kids.
