Female Hypergamy affects all men not just Caucasian men.

Let's not turn this into politics. I have the same problems, while being a visible minority, and i grew up in the west.

I don't want to start this Brown, White or whatever crap. That shit gets nowhere and is destructive. It's self-sabotaging, and there's nothing to be gained by it.

Personally, i have never gotten "hired" because of a diversity quota or some other garbage. I don't know how life is for you, but don't go blaming others for your life.

The most advantage i can i had say is getting hired through contacts; people who know you and recommend you in a job/employment.

However, that's the norm these days and i don't see what makes one person's experience different from another person's.

Getting a job these days is a pain because it's all about "networking and who you know". Employers are less willing to give a job to someone they don't know, regardless of that person's work ethic or qualities compared to someone they know through networking. It sucks but i've also had to learn to deal with it and do "networking" as best as possible.
