Update: I've gotten alot of good advice and am very thankful for all of it. I think I'm content on what I'm going to do and just want to thank everyone for all the different views and angles on my situation, it means alot to me. I feel set now on how to approach my problem and will continue praying and would appreciate prayer. Thank you
Update 2: so I realized that I probably should have included this in stats but have pretty freaking crazy mood swings, so with that comes some really weird thoughts and stuff, so when I came up with this idea that I was suddenly in love with her I was in a very odd state of mind and I'm glad I came here first otherwise I would have made some serious mistakes 😅 I really got alot of people saying I was too focused on this one girl and they're right, I need to be more open minded and just progress my life forward more. My prayer on the subject has lead me to decide that just waiting and not thinking about it is the best solution. God will have his will completed through people following it, so that's what I intend to do. I'm truely thankful for everyone here that helped me get right with God here, I've taken it all to heart and will still pray on it all. Thank you all
I need advice from a christian perspective here, so I'm a devout christian and so is she, we've been best friends for over half a year now and I've felt a confusion about her since I met her, and I've prayed about it alot bc I couldn't tell what it was. I've now realized that I've totally fallen for her and honestly we would work great together. Only problem is that she already has a boyfriend and she is very dedicated to him. How do I tell her that I love her and not make her hate me? And also her boyfriend is a good person so idk if it is actually right for me to do this from a christian perspective. I been praying alot and now am here asking for advice
Edit: sry I forgot to look at the rules, I've never really used reddit before so I didn't think about it😅
Mission: I feel like this woman might be the one but she is already dating someone else; we talk alot about our faith alot and I feel like we both enable each other to grow in our faith in God very well, but I don't want to go against anything she wants (i.e. if she says no I have a bf already I'd respect that and would want to respect that bc that what is best for her and I want nothing less then that)
Stats: I'm probably slightly overweight at 180-190 and am 5 10 ish, not lifting tho probably should
Reading: looked though alittle bit, not enough obviously bc I just got here
Finances: currently going into senior year of highschool, have not gotten a job yet but am looking and am currently unsure of what to do in college or so, but that is a long story on why
Spirituality: I'd say I'm fairly mature in that area of my life but that sounds really boastful so I don't really like wording it like that, I read the Bible everyday and pray all the time tho probably not enough 😅 I try to do what I feel God wants me to in any situation
Above all else I want what God wants for me, I am just feel like this might be the person I should be with but if God has other plans then so be it
