I have a question and I would love to hear your thoughts on it. Here's my story: I'm 20 y/o white male and I've been working out for around 5 years now, 1 year of wich I did it more rigorously.

I'm 180 cm/6 foot and 70 kg/155 pounds. I've been fasting for 2 months now and i have visibly lost some belly fat (or at least i think i did). I have good genetics, i've always been muscular, even in my childhood.

The problem is, I made measurements in June the 11th, here they are: Chest 89cm full exhale - 98cm full inhale, belly 77 cm, biceps 28cm and quadriceps 50cm, today i measured again and i marked chest 91 full exhale - 97 cm full inhale, belly 74cm, biceps 28cm relaxed - 32cm flexed, quadriceps 50cm; my question follows, I havent get any bigger altho i worked out rigorously for 2 months (well except for that belly fat i lost) and I wonder why? Could you help make this clear? Let me briefly describe my workout routine: Since there are no gyms nearby I workout with my bodyweight, i have a yoga mat that to put my knuckles on when doing pushups, I aim for muscle atrophy with high dificulty low rep workouts such as diamond pushups, knee to elbow core extercises and so on, for cardio i do intense lawnwork since i live in a village and i kinda have to. I get plenty of protein since i count my macros, maybe im alredy too big for bodyweight extercises to have effect?

Also, what are your thoughts on the link between muscle growth and slapping the salamy, and the link between polishing the door knob and T-levels. Thanks for your time, have a good day.
