I think powertalk is just part of normal conversational aptitude. Most PUA/TRP guides on conversations indirectly cover this aspect. "Undercover Sex Signals" is one of the books that goes into this. For example it talks about how most communication is non-verbal (eyes) or implied. This book is specific to reading signals from women and it was a real eye opener when I had first read it.

This is my rule of thumb for power talks, if you want to win: say exactly what's on your mind.

Example: my friend was talking to a chick at the club this weekend and then he slapped her ass. She said, it's a good thing it was you and not your friend, or else we would have had a problem. I responded, "yeah, believe me sweeitie, I wouldn't touch your ass, moreover look at you twice"
