I'm struggling with an abusive parent. Literally didnt allow me to talk to girls for 23 years and I had no idea I was being emotionally sometimes physically abused.

I thought "well that's how parents are".

But recently I figured out what is going on. I tried to save up money to leave but my father started yelling, arguing and guilt tripping me into giving him the money.

I need your advice on what to do. I have never been in this situation.
