Action plan for random players

So I hooked up with a Tinder chick about 2 months ago, one drunk night 2am I hit her up to fuck and she says she’s got a guy. I delete her number and move on. Last Friday at 1pm while I’m at work I get a text

“Hey it’s Sarah. I got a new number btw, but since I have a man now, I thought I might as well as try to hook you up with one of my friends. Interested? Ps. I hear she gives good head”

I play it cool responding 2 hours later get pics and her friends Instagram, when I still had one. Later that night I DM the girl asking her out to watch the World Series at local bar and get no response, haven’t messaged since and deleted Instagram cause idc about social media. I don’t need the girl, but having a reoccurring fuck and finding out about her head game would be great but not a big deal overall.

Would hitting up Sarah about her friend Tues next week (11days after) be a solid move, should I assume it’s rejection since the good head girl posted about her bday and has had updated stories since, tell Sarah good head girl didn’t respond but I’m open to other friends, or leave it alone and move on altogether?
