What is the proper response when beta superiors command you? I mean aside from work. To be specific- when a beta lets his actual authority get to his head and feels power over you in all aspects of life. A good example is “don’t put that book on the ground; give it here” instead of showing respect- “hey will you hand me that book? I don’t want it on the ground”

I understand these behaviors portray a low iq but I’m wondering- what is the proper way to handle? When it happens I just tell myself- I wish this mother fucker would hit me first so I could smash his fuckin head in with no consequences. I understand that my thoughts are irrational and I do have some self control so I don’t act on my desires in that sense. But I wonder- what is the red pill way to handle situations when beta superiors command you?
