LTR [20] of 3 Years, just started a new job about a week ago. Was speaking to her after work asking her how her shift was and what she did etc. Normal conversation, says it was only girls working but then later in the evening says there was a boy who she was speaking to during her shift.

I asked if he had messaged her outside of work as I noticed he followed her instagram account. She said there was no messages exchanged and swore to me this was the case. After pressing her a bit more she revealed he had messaged her 'asking when she is next in' but swore that was it. As she lied I pushed her again and eventually she says they have exchanged a few messages and sent me a screenshot to prove nothing else was said.

I asked her if she had made him aware she was in a LTR and she said 'No, I havent had the chance yet, we have only been on the same shift twice'. But what I have noticed is she knows a lot about him so would, in my opinion had the chance to tell him if she wanted to.

I expressed that I wasnt too happy with the fact they were exchanging messages until he was aware she was in a LTR, im aware females have male friends, but he is very flirtatious in the conversation, my LTR not so much. A little here and there.

She told me she would 'tell him when they are next on the same shift' about our LTR which would be 4 days later, and when I asked why she couldnt message him about it she said 'it would make things awkward'. However surely this would be the same on their next shift?

In the afternoon we were discussing holidays, her birthday and chirstmas, she was paying me compliments but then she proceeded later in the evening (after her parents had been stressing her about a family issue) to suggest we 'go on a break', to which i responded 'no, a break is an excuse to cheat without the guilt. Its a breakup or we work it out'.

She text and called me this morning for 45m like nothing was said and things were back to normal.

She is currently in work and i asked if we can talk about it after work tonight.

Im looking for advice on what I should do, what would you do in my situation? Id love it to be ironed and be sorted

TL:DR: LTR lied about talking to a guy from work, said they just have 'friendly work place banter' and thats it. Wont tell him she has a LTR until their next shift together, then proceeds to ask for a break. Looking for help and advice.
