As Rollo said alpha and beta are just abstracts. Alpha is an abstract for a strong, dominant male. Beta- the contrary.

You can be in a LTR and have alpha traits, you can fuck hoes every other weekend and have beta traits.

I'd say it's more like Alpha-type men won't settle early and hold out for the best they can land. Beta-type men will quickly latch onto scraps. The difference is level of abundance vs neediness.

People here often don’t manage to wrap their heads around the terms alpha and beta and what they mean. They are indeed abstract terms, but usually what you’ll hear is the alpha guy is the chad that doesn’t settle for shit and the beta is the nerdy guy who always chases girls with flowers in order to trade for sex.

However, to me, being an alpha, dominant man means having whatever you want in life, doing things however you want them, and if you don’t like something, you get rid of it.

That goes for spinning plates, LTR’s, business, fitness, food, whatever it may be.

Being alpha doesn’t mean fitting into a pattern. In means fiercely ripping pieces of this world and creating your pattern.
