As Rollo said alpha and beta are just abstracts. Alpha is an abstract for a strong, dominant male. Beta- the contrary.
You can be in a LTR and have alpha traits, you can fuck hoes every other weekend and have beta traits.

I'd say it's more like Alpha-type men won't settle early and hold out for the best they can land. Beta-type men will quickly latch onto scraps. The difference is level of abundance vs neediness.

People here often don’t manage to wrap their heads around the terms alpha and beta and what they mean. They are indeed abstract terms, but usually what you’ll hear is the alpha guy is the chad that doesn’t settle for shit and the beta is the nerdy guy who always chases girls with flowers in order to trade for sex.
However, to me, being an alpha, dominant man means having whatever you want in life, doing things however you want them, and if you don’t like something, you get rid of it.
That goes for spinning plates, LTR’s, business, fitness, food, whatever it may be.
Being alpha doesn’t mean fitting into a pattern. In means fiercely ripping pieces of this world and creating your pattern.

In a home there is an alpha and a beta. If your wife makes the rules, she is the alpha. If you make the rules you are the alpha.
There are rare pairings where the man and woman are both alpha [highest pairing] but more typically one or the other is more comfortable with command.
If your woman is not shit she can be the alpha and you can be beta and support her. A beta is not a boot licker, a beta is the strong supportive right have of an alpha. They get shit done without needing direction from the alpha, because they have internalized the directive of that alpha.
When people talk about how Beta bux what they really mean is Delta bux. Deltas are the boot lickers that get little or nothing from a relationship. They romanticize the position they are in as 'misunderstood romantics' because they are so plugged into the society brainwashing machine that they cannot wrap the brain around right action.
A beta wolf will tear your throat out just as fast as an alpha.
If you allow a shit human to be the alpha in your home, TRP guidelines will lead you to freedom. You take control of the home and if they don't like it, you leave or they leave, the result is the same. You take control. Now your life is yours and fuck what anyone else wants.
As your own 'alpha' you now seek a good partner, could be any level of woman, but you will not be walked on or bossed around anymore.
The beta accepts the leadership of a good alpha, male or female it's all the same. A delta is the victim. Betas rightly fight for, choose, and defend that position of power.
The one dimensional thinking that comes up here cracks me up.
The strong and fair Alpha female is rare. Many of them run corporations, are high level physicians, lawyers, stock brokers etc. They can have whatever man they please, but they are picky and demanding.
Do we here at Redpill shoot for hot shots like that? Doubtful. If they are hard at work they probably want a man to command them in the sack. Many dynamics exist. They run the world but want to be submissive at home.
A beta male can do that, but it's still just an idea.
Women want a man that doesn't crap himself under pressure, a man that can handle the torrent of emotional insanity that they blow out with sometimes. They want someone to listen to them but not solve the problem.
