Are things like asking her to call or text you when she goes on a trip beta or alpha? Or if in the rare occasion you don’t see her that night asking the same thing.

Part of me thinks it’s alpha because you’re “telling” her what to do but also beta because you shouldn’t be “worried” or too busy.
