The facts:

  • She is from Eastern Europe.

  • I'm from England.

  • We both go to the same university and do the same course.

  • There are only a dozen people on our course. As a result we are all a pretty close group of friends and spend a lot of time with each other.

  • She is 9.5/10 and knows it.

  • She has a boyfriend back at home.

  • She openly admits to having "more guy friends than girls" but she's no whore and isn't a tomboy. Can be catty with/about other girls, but nothing major.

  • She loves attention from guys. Perhaps it's because she's craving a bit a male attention while she doesn't have her boyfriend. Perhaps she's like it back home. I don't know.

  • I recognized the above two points (red flags) very early on (all thanks to TRP) and was immediately wary of her.

  • Despite that, she's actually a really cool girl. I like her.

  • I deliberately try to act a little distant. Treat just the same as everyone else. No favours for her that I wouldn't do for a friend. etc.

  • As a consequence she's very flirty towards me. Play punches me all the time when I tease her. Goes out of her way to come speak to me. Always initiates conversation on just about every line of communication possible: Text, snap chat, facebook what ever. I try my hardest to keep the conversations short but she's relentless. She basically seems desperate for my attention.

  • I've occasionally flirted/kinod with her just to test the waters. She was receptive and flirted back about 90% of the time.

Despite this, I'm not convinced she's actually into me. I think it's just her reaction to guys who don't give her attention. If this was any other girl I would amicably put distance between us, move on and probably not think of her again. The issue is that she's really hot and I spend 5 days a week with her- I have to. All I think about is how badly I want to have sex. I'm having regular sex with other women too, before you suggest that.

I would have no problem being her friend but I can't stop thinking about sex. What do?
