Hey guys. So a few days ago I made this post on holding off approaching / Monk Mode etc.

Based on your comments, I decided fuck it, I will do it.

So earlier today, at the running track, I approached an HB6. She must've been an 8 in her prime. Late 20s would be my guess.

I saw her run so I opened with "are you going to be running the xxxxxx run next month?"

She said yeah, the 5k. Then asked me if I was going to do the 11k (she saw me run = DHV. Also, today's session was short but pretty intense). Now, in real time, I wasn't thinking from an RP perspective. Just going with the flow, I said no, just the 5k because it's only been a few months since I started running. Now I'm thinking maybe that was a shit test and I should've amplified? Need your insight here.

Then we exchange names, she asks first. After that, she asks if we can run together for a bit, I decline. Don't want to invest too much too soon. Another thing she asked was "do you come here at this time regularly". I think this is an IOI. I played it slightly aloof, saying it depends / sometimes.

She proceeds to run a little and leave the track.

If I see her again, I will certainly have to approach again. Next time I need to figure out her living situation. Married? Living with parents? She does work somewhere, said it's the reason why she ain't a regular.
