If you open as strongly as you think, grab her hand or pick her up (even better) and tell the group you’re stealing her for some ridiculous reason.. ex: to go on a top secret mission.. to FaceTime your mom that you’ve finally found your long lost little sister... whatever. just playful drunken shit talk. If you’ve built rapport to the point that they’re cool with you taking her and she’s not looking back at them to get you away from her, you’re good regardless of what you say. Could also just do the mime routine and stop talking completely if you’re really worried about it.

Isolation is good for muscle groups that don't get stimulated enough for maximum growth during compound movements. Although overhead press will grow the deltoids, the rear delts need additional work.

How come pubs and not cold approach during the day? You save so much more time, get to actually sleep at night, and encounter girls who are less flaky when you do it during the day...

This whole thing becomes a non-issue once you get 5 or 6, 10 minute dates, setup in a 1 hour window. Then, have them roll into Starbucks one after another. The ones you like and that like you back, you fuck, the ones you don't, don't. Non of this bullshit even exists and you can go on with your day and peruse what you need to.

easiest way I've found is befriend one of her friends to help you out. If you don't win over at least one of her friends they will block you and generally make your life harder. If you can tolerate the work then there you go.

However likewise I'd recommend day gaming as most women don't expect it and their guard isn't up as much as a club where they expect to be approached. You're already behind when you approach women in clubs and usually have to work unless she's got high interest.

Other side of the room, fresh air, balcony, get something to eat across the street, are all good excuses. If you have a friend with you you can bring 2 of the girls from the group to go with you and your friend (to go eat something or whatever.) Then usually it's pretty easy to leave with girl if she is going to leave with you. Friend can leave with other girl, or you can leave the two of them together to go somewhere else. Any true excuse will work. It's too loud here. It's too hot. It's too dark. The lights are too bright. It's too noisy. There's too many people. This place is too empty. Too much smoke here. Let's go to ice cream place across the street.
