Since I've been sexually active I've noticed that things don't always go as smooth as you would expect.

Sometimes I can't get it up, sometimes but rarely I lose the erection during sex. After time I kinda lived with it and rather "sucked it up".
This led to a lot of frustration on my side and obviously to even more anxiety the next time I was about to have sex. It got to a point where I'd tell the girl I don't want to have sex to spare the embarassment. I lost multiple chances on different one night stands this way.

Thing is that I often times am hard as fuck while making out, but the moment things get serious I lose complete control of anything and get flaccid.

I am 23, so personally I blamed it on psychological problems such as performance pressure. Now when you google the problem the usual answers are about some underlying health issues. Every time I checked myself in, my numbers are perfect. I have no allergies, no handicaps, no illness and my blood levels are good.

Then just today I stumbled across an article called "Porn-Induced Erectile Dysfunction" and it was like seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

I noticed that I never have any problems getting it up to porn. Legit never. Which logically means that it's not a problem with my dick, but something in my brain.

The fact of the matter is that I probably masturbated around 2-3 a day the past 7-8 years, even more often when I was younger. (Numbers are off, but you get the idea)

I will quit porn for my own good, but I am scared that the damage has already been done.

Is there any hope for me and will it get better?
