Generic or pharma? Pharma is obviously better. It works best when accompanied with steroids and significantly better with insulin, but the insulin part isn’t for noobies.

I recommend doing atleast 4iu everyday if generic. 3iu if pharma. If you can afford more, I’d do more as it’s a really safe drug. It takes awhile for the igf-1 to build up in your blood so if you don’t plan on doing it for 6 months probably not worth it.

At the doses I recommend, you’ll get some fat loss, a good look idk how to describe it but you just look like a strong person it puts water retention in all the right places, faster recovery, less DOMs, and very very little muscle gain if any really. You need to do big doses (10+iu) to gain decent mass from it. If you’re old 40+, you’ll get healthier and younger looking skin and hair.
