This post has been incoming for a while now, but only after I narrowed down the pathway some did I figure it woud be worth my while to get on here and publicly chase some advice on the topic.

So here's the sitch. I'm going to be joining the defense forces this year and a GSO. This means I will be entering at the rank of lieutenant after a successful hearing at the Officer Selection Board. My fitness, my medical and my swim test will all be a breeze to pass, but this has got me thinking.

Essentially, they'll be looking for leadership qualities, decisiveness and...well, what else?

A lot of TRP is about gaming women, but TRP is highly applicable to a career and I wonder if anybody knows about posts, comments, articles, videos or other resources that could prove invaluable to actually getting over this mental hurdle.
