TL;DR: I want to bang my coworker, seems interested in me, how do I do this/should I do this

I have a coworker, i've known her for about a year or so now. We've gotten a bit closer just from talking to each other at work. I notice IOIs and I flirt sometimes with her nonchalantly. I was at a party with her once and she was hugged up on me, but there were other coworkers there. If anything, I just want to fwb, but im thinking of the risks because I work with her.
