how easy is it to put down a big site for ever? like with infinite DOS attacks? is it so hard?

let's say there is a site like www.faggot.com/t/therepill but they start to censoring us - is it hard to put WHOLE www.faggot.com down for a long time? for ever? any automated crons running attacks for next 10 years?
