Hey, How do you approach a raise? I've got one in the beginning of the years (like 20% increase) but i started low. Now i'seen some people got some raise (i see the accounting system). Could i approach for it now? I dont want to risk, i know HR has some resumes for my position so, i dont want to get kicked ;)
