It's a shittest . The fact that they bring it up up either means that they doubt your SMV or they are dumber than average women.

You have several options:

1) Don't react, be silent. By talking about it you exaggerate the problem and fall into their frame.

2) Ghost the materialistic cunts comletely.

3) Say something to the effect of "I am a brand ambassador" or just say "I'm good".

I use 100$ Samsung phone, don't see a reason to spend $ on a new plasticy peace of shit with a different brand name on it. If you dress reasonably well and in a good shape no one cares about your phone. Also I use mine in grayscale to be less distracted and am often asked why.

Work on your frame. You asking this shit is a sign of weakness.

get an old apple phone, put your SIM in so iMessage knows you, then leave it home -- may take a while to get back to her, was she worth more than that?
insist that it is an apple, maybe get a launcher that looks like apple, maybe an apple sticker
change the subject, probably to sex, because what would you even talk about?
make an emulator that can run iMessage
