I'm in my way of becoming a Chad, and I'm slowly succeeding: my confidence is getting better, I'm starting to put myself first, I'm lifting, grooming and all that shit, I'm getting more dominant, I'm feeling more 'manly' than ever before; but I can't get full alpha mode untill I start killing those tiny behaviors of a beta male that I can't see, but I know they're still there.

So which are some of the most common beta male micro-behaviors that get disregarded really often and still keep you beta?
