I got a job with mostly beta co-workers. I can get along OK with most of them by calibrating my personality towards my beta side, but my personality is natural alpha. Additionally, I'm 6'3", good looking, and in awesome shape, which is something I can't hide.

However, there is one guy who is alpha to a degree, but not the kind of alpha that I can get along with due to me being far superior in the looks and age department. I have to work with this individual, so how do you recommend I carry and interact myself with this individual?

Another detail is that I am somewhat androgynous looking, and the femininity that this brings often confuses guys with high testosterone.

I'm thinking let my natural alpha out around this guy. I hesitate in calibrating towards my beta side around him because I've had a guy like this, who was a closet case, think that I was gay and that led to workplace problems.
