This girl I've been dating that's very into me went on a night out with a few friends.

I went out as well with my own friends else where.

The next day she texted me asking if I had a good night out.

I replied something along the lines of "yea was a bit drunk, wbu?"

She said "me too, ended up going back with a guy (eyes)"

I just replied "any good? (laugh face)"

"It was alright. (eyes)"

How was my response? Why would she tell me that? She's been permanently degraded to plate status after telling me that, reasonable? Yes, I'm questioning my actions/thoughts too much, just give me your perspective.
