u/DoomzDayTurkey without the context no one can give you a specific answer. I'll presume you have your logistics sorted, you're looking jacked and know how close so here's a general one.

She's responding to you. She's up for going out with you. That's all you need.

Set up a date e.g. - "Hey I'm keen for bowling/mini golf/coffee/skydiving. Meet at 6pm at [insert location].
Meet her. Escalate. Close.

If she's flaky or you try more then two times to meet up with no luck leave her on read and forget about her. Maybe in a week or four try for a meet again. Personally if we don't meet within 1-2 attempts I'm already on to the next.
