Two options..

1 - pay and hope he goes away, and that he doesn't release the video anyway...what's stopping him? He's no upstanding citizen that'll honor a verbal contract, right?

2- Block and ignore and contact FB about the scam so they can ID the guy if possible. You underage? Child porn is a very serous offense..FBI could be interested. Even if not underage, might scare the asshole into slinking away.

Either way, your dick is on camera and the video is in a non trustworthy person's hands, one that has the contact info of all your friends and family.

$1400 isn't going to do anything. What's to stop him asking for more?
