I met a girl on a high energy night at the bar, dancing making out exchanged numbers. I texted her a few days later and tried to keep the energy up, but she kept making excuses to cancel on plans I made.

When I finally told myself it was a dead end and started being more distant to her, she agreed to meet. I’ve been chill like this with her ever since.

Why do we need to be high energy and fun to meet women if it’s the disinterested guy they want in the end? Why can’t I just skip straight to the relaxed guy who “gets it” and attract women this way?
