in the past few weeks I've developed a terrible sense of oneitis over my highschool girlfriend that dragged into my freshman year of college. broke up with her over the summer, but now, in my sophomore year, I've all of a sudden developed oneitis. "she's the one, no1's prettier than her, i'll never be happy without her" -- all of that bullshit and more (you get the point). she's basically consumed the last couple years of my life - i've either been chasing her, been with her, or been chasing her again. now i'm pretty depressed.

at first i was doing well, lifting not only to control my feelings but to improve my physique. but then, I went full bluepill, texted that I missed her and all of that bullshit. texted back and forth, didn't end up well. to summarize: she wants to be "friends." I don't want to be friends, I want to be more than friends so of course I didn't accept and now I'm here. I've a few questions for the Red Pill. Know that I'm no Red Pill expert but desperately long to pick up the skills and knowledge of the Red Pill.

  1. What can I do besides lift and lift more? Especially to control my feelings. I don't mean to sound soft, but I still have feelings for her and don't want to get depressed.
  2. I want to lose weight and get ripped, but want to do it for her in a way. "When I get ripped, she'll want me..." I want to start winning in life, but it always leads back to the thought of her coming back to me. This is bad, right? How do I do it for me?
  3. i want to stop thinking about her, but i can't. reading red pill hasn't really helped in this particular aspect, because it's only reminded me that if she's not with me, she's fucking someone else and that is killing me inside

TLDR: how do i not be depressed over my oneitis ex. i should add that i've been lifting a lot (but i know that I can always lift more). help
