Might be a dumb question, but I feel like I need to ask it here for unfiltered advice. My gf thinks she’s getting a cold sore after blowing me a few times recently, but I haven’t noticed any symptoms on my johnson that would make me think I gave it to her. I’ve never gotten cold sores, and she says she hasn’t either, so I’m a little concerned as to how she got it. What’s the right way to manage this situation?
