He is a male, around same age as me in his twenties.

He often late from work, often doing very little effort work, sometimes even causing errors which me and the others have to repair.

Our boss is a woman, she is super PC. Not really caring on personal mistakes, all the time telling stuff like "Okay no problem next time we will do good". She does not control, does not check on mistakes.

What are my options here? The guy making me (and to others) plus work with his mistakes.

Should I report to my boss even she is not seems to solve this?

Confronting him did not helped, I have tried multiple times. He does not care even 1% of his, and our work. He is getting his salary anyway (multi company). His got zero ego, I cannot find any weak point on him. He does not care if somebody tells him that his work is equals shit. He says "Oh sorry" then do it as usual.

What could I do?
