I have a coworker who's 1-2y older who was being very flirty and one day she suggested in an indirect way that we should hangout to steam off. Anyway, later that week after workday I asked her if she wants to grab something to eat after work but she dodged it by saying she'll feel bad because she got studying to do. I know I shouldnt shit where I eat but sex is off the table anyway since it's less common where I live. Shes been cold with me eversince. How should I proceed? Am I being rejected or is she testing me?
