Guys please I need as many comments on this as possible. I have a crazy situation at job now, close to loosing it. So, Ive been working for 1 month already. The job is consulting clients in english about our products. For 1 month everything was just perfect. Managers were fine to me, probably because I was new. But now everything has changed suddenly. Today one manager got crazy on me. He asked me some random question which I didnt understand, because Im a foreigner to the country I work in. I answered him incorrectly, and he started shouting at me like Im his son 5 years old. He told me Im an idiot and should take notes because I cannot remember anything. Everything would be fine for me, but this guy is almost my age and he is a freak, he has a very ugly chin, maybe he was i nju re d before, thats why he always wears a mask and looks scary. Without a mask he looks even scaryer by the way. So this ugly dude who will probably never get layed, and probably never was, allows himself to shout at me like that, like Im a little kid. And the shitt iest thing is, I cannot tell him anything because I will get fired. So, I told about that to director, but this clueless guy cares only about sales, he took the side of my manager. Lol. I had tears on my eyes when I heard that. Yes maybe I have mental disorder but I dont care. How the fck the director of the shop can be that stupid? The dude clearly uses his position, and director is clueless. Director told me that I should be silent and listen what the manager told me. So beta lol. Feels like they try to force me to be betabux without any sexual life like those freaks are already living. The second, and more interesting thing is, the second manager of my floor. Only my floor has 2 managers and both of them are crazy af. The second is the only one girl manager in our shop. And she is my manager too lol. This "girl" is over the wall, in her early 30s but she looks like a pig. Lol, she is fat and face looks like a pig face and she even walks like a pig with her head only down like she tries to find something on the ground. This wonderwoman gives me impossible tasks, and then calmly but strictly asks me why I could not do that. What an idiot. For example, she tells me to approach Chinese clients, knowing they probably dont know english. After that she asks me why I couldnt sell them anything. Or today she told me that my goal is to sell items on the total price of 50000 not dollars, when our best staff member can sell only 30000. Then she approaches me and asks why I couldnt sell 50000.. what a stupid pig. And director thinks only about sales, he doesnt give a fck about anything. The thing is, I cannot change my job right now. I work only for 1 month so I need at least some money for bills and stuff. Also, I have a plate, but because my job is from 13.15 till 22.15 and we have sex almost everyday, I usually go to sleep at 5.00, and Im often sleepy at work so it affects my performance a little bit. So guys, what would you do at my place? I dont want to loose my job and my plate either. I need your every opinion, constructive critic would be highly accepted!Thank you
