Everyone’s going through the same thing to some degree, the worlds temporarily on hold and we might not return to how things were for a few years if not longer.

A core tenement of the red pill is dispelling all illusions and facing reality head on, the reality at the minute is that life’s a bit shit.

Like any other bad chapter, we adapt to make the very best of the situation, you’ve got to look at the bigger picture.

You have an opportunity to come out of all of this in the best shape of your life, with more skills and knowledge than before and in much better health.

This entire situation is the perfect time for monk mode, it may not be as fun or glamorous but it’s logically the best option.

On the more practical side, you’ll feel a lot better if you go cold turkey on the electronics for a few days, you’re becoming dependent on the dopamine fix from them and it can cause you to lose all motivation, even make you numb.

After a few days of doing fuck all because you’re not on a phone or laptop you’ll feel like doing more productive things instead of just staring at wall all day, it’s an easy hack.
