Recently I've started experimenting with daytime coffee/walk dates from dating apps. The formula has been coffee and then drinks in the evening 2-4 days from the initial coffee. I've found much higher meetup rates and that the lay on the first drink date is much more natural and likely this way.

The most kino/escalation I go for on these coffee dates is some light arm touching, arm around them for a few seconds, etc. I have taken these pretty casually and more as a quick precursor to a drink date, but am thinking about escalating a little further on these coffee dates and potentially skipping the need for the second date altogether. Is this a good idea, or would I be better off keeping it casual and escalating over drinks? We generally would end up in a public park walking around or on a bench, from experience here.. would a makeout be possible/likely after a quick coffee and a walk? Any tips on escalation in this case?
