If it's something you can't reasonably ignore or blow off without your parents getting pissed off at you, flat out ask, how much are you going to pay me? She'll try to argue, tell her, "when are you going to put your wallet where your mouth is?"

When she tries to talk to you, tell her "that's boring. Do you have anything to say that isn't boring?" Then get up, leave the room and go do something else.
