Invest in some decent security software/services. Don't give out your information as easily if you can avoid it.

I would never argue back and avoid them at all cost in real life. That is just too much negative energy to deal with in real life- ignoring is the best revenge. Never feed the trolls.

Find the best of your social circle and only stick with them. Restart and grow from there-it's harder but way more worth it for your long term sanity.
