I am dating a girl now (aka snatched her away from her abusive and waste of life now ex-bf) but its only in the beginning stages and I have every intent on seeing if she passes my criteria as ltr material.

however, right now as with any sore ex bf/gf, the bum (also a self proclaimed thug/gangster) is spreading rumors and falsified information to everyone around us. He has also tried to tell her that the reason I'm dating her is for her family's wealth and making up a whole part about how I refused to answer when his friend asked me is that why I was dating her. My response to her was "He likes to talk nonsense huh. Lol let them say what they want, (I've) also nothing to worry about."

How would you respond to or is there anything you would do if such scum stoop to such low means?

I am of above average height, good looks, reasonable physique (I lift but who can say no to more?), of reasonable intellect (with a degree with honors), above average wealth, 25, groom myself and love fashion plus a biz owner with another full time job, asian in south east asia.

On my side I feel I have nothing to be worried about, but a girl's mind can be easily swayed and the history books are all the proof we need. I have no intention on slipping up on my game and I want to know what does asktrp think of this situation.
