If it’s busy as fuck and she barely has time to give an IOI then no. If we have a casual conversation then yes when my order is up obviously number close as normal.

They’re also usually broke as fuck, so depends on your standards too.

Dont approach if its really busy she's most likely stressed. Which means never approach at a Starbucks but you can approach at a Dunkin during non happy hours
