Women always want a man that other women would want too. So if you're in a relationship with a decent girl, other girls will see it as social proof and it will raise your SMV in their eyes. The caveat is if you mis-apply TRP or backslide to BP'd simping, it can backfire because girls talk and they'll all have the message going around that you are a fake man, not a real man.

There's a bible proverb - "better to be silent and thought a fool than open your mouth and prove it." or another version " even a fool can be thought wise if he learns to hold his tongue." Point being, sometimes in relationships women set traps that there is no good response to. We should not try to win or fix or beat whatever it is they set. It's okay to back away without a word and not try to address things sometimes. Simply withdrawing and staying silent can sometimes be the best response to hard situations. We sometimes think we have to have game, frame, etc. and have a response for everything. That's unrealistic. Be willing to not have a response and simply back away to think it through later.
