Embracing the reason you moved, whether that be family, a job, school, etc. Enveloping yourself and your time into that is key, stay busy. There’s a study that says that guys will never get over relationships where they loved the female. Treat it like it doesn’t matter and eventually that’s the thing that will happen. Power of the mind. Accept it or be there guy that never got over it. (The first is most optional.) I still think about my first love and occasionally ever girl I’ve dated since then, but them less. Time is key, let it pass doing other things you love ❤️

Ask yourself what she was enabling in you that you’ll actually miss. Like truly what would you REALLY miss.

Ask yourself how many girls is your girl worth. IE my girl right now is probably worth about 3 chicks. I’d need 3 plates to fill the void of my chick, if she left.

As far as your ego goes, just realize you’re just going to miss her because sometimes we feel like our girls are possessions. So when we don’t have them anymore we’re like “fuck” I lost that thing I like.

When really bro they’re not, we can’t control them. Just understand you’re getting the better of this deal. Women want to fuck one guy a lot. Guys want to fuck a lot of girls once.
