Because the good shit she did for you was enough for you to make her your beta. I don't wanna be harsh , and it's good that you moved on I respect that, many guys that don't, hell there's people who willingly want to watch their wives getting fucked. To make my point here. She might have cleaned for you or done that , but that's what LTR is about , she wasn't doing you any favors. She was doing her duty as as partner within a relationship, don't see these things as good , see them as normal.
