You don't explain it. They should never be told you are intentionally trying to be different/better yourself, they should only experience it.

You're busy, you need to focus, the end. She will accept it and respect you for it if you don't allow her to force you into explaining yourself and reassuring her.

She is reaching out for validation that you're still the same you.... news flash: you're not. She can get used to this, and bet your bottom dollar, she will. She's confused. She's worried. She's a little off balance because her little old beta isn't so beta anymore. His vision is slightly more red and noticing the indifference in the world.

She doesn't like this and wants to regain control. So now what? Shit tests, comfort tests, and a whole lot of questions. The harder you push the TRP lifestyle the more you'll get. But that's nothing to you, because you're an indestructible source of energy and some chatter in your ear won't change your new enlightened path. She can hop on for the ride of her life, or fall off the wagon. Either way, the balls beginning to move into your court now so don't let her change scare you, stand strong. If she fails to stay on the wagon, there is an abundance of woman in the world. Over 3.5B, so you're not worried.

You dont explain anything. It's none of their business and it opens up a discussion where they waste your time with all kinds of questions and comments.

Its really annoying when people look at your phone screen over your shoulder.
