Anyone figured what you need to qualify for the option?

Made a facebook account around September after hearing about dating app. UK btw. Was messing around adding people, posting pics and the option appeared.

Live in smallish city but it was very good returns for minimal effort lays. Dunno if thats because its new. Anyhow deleted the profile.

Made another recently and but dont have the option? Any ideas?
