Any time you are questioned about rape, unless you can prove that you were nowhere near the girl, you don't answer questions. Just think of the Miranda rights...."Anything you say can be used AGAINST you", not FOR you. There's a reason it is worded that way. This is probably the same in all Anglo countries.
