I had a date from the internet for valentine's Day, from the get go she didn't seem to enthusiastic but she went along with logistics, 2 minutes before we leave she text me saying her bus is running late. So I tell her I thought the date was off since she didn't reply for 2 days prior. She calls me the worst valentine ever but then gets over it really quick and tells me not to feel bad. I was busy at the time but asked if she wants to come over the next day, she said she's busy. Her last message to me was "it's cool don't feel bad" in response to me being apologetic for flaking. When can I reinitiate and how?
