You failed a comfort test that she never gave you. There wasn't enough of an emotional investment for her to stick around knowing you cheat. 15 minutes is no time at all. I'm sure someone could do it faster, but it took me a month for a girl to agree verbally to be a side to my LTR (from the point of matching till agreement)
You're going to ask what should you have said. I would (not everyone just me) have just acknowledged what she said and continued the conversation. Her mentioning her boyfriend is just a way to give her an out if she decided she doesn't like you, and was also her telling you that once she gave you her number you would have to be discreet. You picked up on none of that and basically said "I'll fuck whoever"

It wasn't the right response on OP's end. He essentially scared her away. If he would've acknowledged it and moved on the conversation he might have gotten a different outcome.
She probably wasn't available anyway but he could've handled it better.
He did acknowledge it. He made a joke. She never had am intension to meet with him so she bailed.

You can't create a persona tru text, at least not in 15 minutes. Who ever is reading it is applying their own persona to your words because there is no frame of reference. If you met her first and were cocky and funny she would have know that you were being cocky and funny in your message. But the way you worded it was too ambiguous to tell.
The persons is your pictures.
Plus, if that chick really wanted to meet with him his joke would've made her at least respond with a shits test if not straight up with "xD"
