I currently live with two other guys in an apartment. We're all in college. The two dudes I'm living with are deciding to move out and find another apartment for next year. I decided to stay because moving is a pain in the ass. I'm tasked with finding some new roommates to fill their rooms and was wondering if taking female roommates would be a good idea? Is anyone on here currently living or has lived with girls? I've outlined what I think some pros and cons could be below. Feel free to correct or add on to my list. I understand it's a bad idea to try to fuck any of them even if they're down.

Pros:

- Girls are mostly cleaner than guys

- Regular socializing with the girls and their friends

- Unique experience

- More agreeable roommate

Cons:

- Girls spend longer in the bathroom

- Bringing over random guys

- Can't walk around shirtless
