Something very simple, but since this happened a few times to me:

What’s the best way to reply to a girl that flaked, and reaches out after 2-3 weeks of radio silence with an apology text but no real content. Just ignore, and follow up after a couple days with a new date proposals, or asking them neutrally why they’re texting (“What’s up”)
