I have a couple plates who are flaky, either due to being busy with work, school, traveling (which is very common in the city I live in), or whatever cock theyre on at the time. their flaky nature doesn't really bother me as I keep a steady rotation outside of these. I'm very busy myself and I'm not trying to work around their schedule, trying to coordinate when they're in town, whatever. I see/fuck these "flaky" plates like once a month, even once every two months when convenient. contact with them is very minimal, with some its basically non-existent outside of logistics

about once a week I go out with the boys, and I usually send a copy/paste mass text to these "flaky" girls along the lines of "hey gna be at xyz later tonight. meet me out." it's pretty low investment for me, and i've had nights where 2 plates show up at the same time, nights where none of them show up. but it doesn't bother me. I don't enjoy ONS much, so being able to get a couple prospects those nights while out and knowing that i'm going to fuck someone later that night regardless is a good mindset for me. also they usually bring a friend(s) so my boys feast
